Welcome to day two of work. Intense work. ALL DAY/ALL NIGHT. Tonight we launch.. oh? The stuff I was working on yesterday? No, man. This is a whole other thing. Today I redesigned an old site from the ground-up. This site is called URBAN HONKING. It used to be a magazine-style site with articles and interviews our friends wrote... now it's basically a community for bloggers, Portland events and a deep message board. It's going to grow and grow and I'm excited to make it nice for you. I want the calendar to replace the Yahoo! groups and email lists that Portland kids currently uses as show-resources. It'll look nice and work awesomely.
Okay.. we're "launching" late tonight. Maybe 4 AM? We'll see...
My new "co-workers" are Steve Schroeder and Mike Merrill. They are wonderful men. Mike met me at my house around 11 AM and we met Steve and a visiting Jason Anderson at Vegetarian House around 12-12:30 PM. During this lunch we laughed so hard it hurt.. We planned an all-out PowerPoint-based quiz-show with CASH-PRIZES for this Saturday. It's going to be incredible. We planned some hot stuff. There will be video up on UH when it's all done.. Oh yeah, that's another cool part of URBAN HONKING, projects. There will be a section called Projection that features all of our respective video, audio, web, etc. projects. TOTALLY COOL.

Guys, guys. It is just that Jona is ver-y busy with his recent dabbling in the world of raku-glazed pottery. Throwing on the wheel, and kilning, and stuff. I'm sure we will see the fruits of his all-consuming labors, soon enough. Patience, friends.
