(pssst.. it's me. I got a new camera.)
It makes nice pictures and nice movies. I'm real excited about making more movies for you, dear website. It makes movies at 60fps and also my old standby of 15fps. The movies look amazing. I hope that I can figure out a way to make them look as good as they do and small enough for you to download them. Where is my H.264 when I need it? The camera is a 4-megapixel Canon SD300 and here's a picture of it (I took with my old camera).
Okay, enough specs and links to video compression codecs. Now I present you with a weird movie Bobby Birdman and I have made.. it's about this pretty normal guy named Ramsey Parker whom we happen to catch on a very awesome day. He has some stuff to say and things to do. CHECK HIM OUT!

Not to burst your bubble, but I think that we're actually not going to be touring in May. Anna Oxygen, Pash and The Blow are all making new albums for you and are sort of focused on that and waiting to play shows after it's all done.
But dudes.. you know what? YACHT has a new record. I mean, I have a new record. It's called MEGA and it's so close that I can sort of see it all-blurry-like in the distance.. There is a three-day release-party called "MEGA WEEKEND" coming up. March 10th, 11th and 12th. I'm going to play three shows and they're all going to be different. I don't know what that means yet, but I've accepted the challenge and I'm bringing the thunderous thunder. Lightning too. VISUAL EFFECTS AND MAGIC, GUYS. Then, when you're like "Jona, I don't live in Portland! Where is MY MEGA WEEKEND?" Guys, I'll tell you. Your MEGA WEEKEND is coming so soon. I'll be on the east coast recording some drums at the end of this month, which means I'll be playing shows on the east coast sooner than you thought! I'm looking to set up shows in the east from April 1st through April 9th. Emaillink to email me.
Oh, last news... Birdman and I made a video-review for a food-blog called Digest. You know about Urban Honking, right? It's blowing up. I'm going to redesign it soon featuring some of Khaela's hand-drawn type.

after I talked to you yesterday I went to this weird convenience store/deli/place to get fresh baklava, and I cold supped a Visoda Vigor. It was the equivilent of 3 cups of coffee in measure of caffeine.
Also I saw an empty Visoda at the Urban Outfitters the other day.

Naw.. It sounds like it, yeah? But no.. I didn't. I edit all of these little movies in QuickTime Pro, which is very, very simple.. it'd be too hard or impossible to edit a single swear out. WORD. I did edit myself in real-life though.. no swears on the internet. FUCK NO!

i have that same camera and it is very sexy and quite fantastic. a word of warning: you should probably get a little case for it or something because my screen broke while the camera was in my pocket. i didn't drop it or bump that i know of. i probably sat on it, but i don't know. it is going to be a very expensive repair, but i'm traveling right now and luckily it is covered on my travel insurance. but yeah, watch out and have fun.
