ANOTHER TOUR?

Yeah, another tour! These tours seem to come out of nowhere.. and that's pretty much the case; they sort of do come out of nowhere. The three-day tour through eastern OR-WA was really fun. I love Adrian and Meghan. I love Jason. I love Rachael. I love hanging out with our friends in their cities.. Walla Walla, Kennewick.. totally. But now it's time to move on to airplanes and trains and the stress of touring sans-automobile. Khaela and I plan to rent a car once we get to Florida, since it is only $15 a day... but the one of the ideas behind touring is to try and make money to eat and to pay for the space that you live in.. you know, instead of working a traditional job that takes time away from making "techno" music or whatever.

I'll keep you updated on this tour day-by-day! Tonight I'm driving with Ritchey and Steve to Walla Walla to play the opera with The Badger King.. which is me and Ritchey. I think we're going to transition to the new name of MANTA, though. What do you think? The opera will still be by "The Badger King" and it will sort of be the last thing we do as heavy collaborators. MANTA will be more of Ritchey on her own, with me making BANGERS for her every so often. So, anyway, back to traveling... We're driving to Walla Walla together to play the opera as part of a release of an art book students make at the college. Then we're going to party and rip a couple karaoke jams at the Golden Horse restaurant before driving to Seattle where my plane flies out to NY. We're going to be up all night. Then Steve and Ritchey "get" to drive back to Portland and feel funny all Saturday.

That's all for now. Check out the new springtime jam I made. Also, check out these really, really, mega-radical, super-cool PEACE pictures. That duck was HUGE.

PS- The peacock was from the Walla Walla aviary. Such a pretty man.

Truly,
Jona

What? Oh, the peacock.. We went to an aviary in Walla Walla. Not only were there "regular" peacocks, but there were also albino peacocks! SO beautiful. I guess it's really rare to see the peacock make his feathers "go big" like the picture.. so it was really nice to see it. He was trying to mack on this lady-peacock, but she was totallt not-having it.

JUICEBOXXX - KEEP IT REAL, DUDE. Positive laser vibrations coming your way, dog. 2 loves.
